Enjoy a sumptuous buffet at Hilton

Today we went to Hilton to have a buffet , as a high-end restaurant, Hilton’s buffet quality is very good!

My first target was salmon. It is not easy to eat fresh salmon in my hometown. Generally, buffets do not provide salmon. Although Hilton does not provide much, it can be taken several times. Fresh, unique flavor of salmon spreads in mouth, and aftertaste is endless ~

Salad is also delicious and refreshing! The dining area is dominated by Chinese food. Of course, in Guangdong, dim sum and steamed buns are also indispensable. The layer cake is a bit sticky! If you eat buns first, you may feel full, so leave it to the end should be better.

There are oysters! Freshly baked ~ But the queue is so long that I thought just take it once enough. Although there didn’t told any limit, generally only two can be taken per person! The oysters are not too dry. Served them with ginger juice and bite down, then you can feel that they are mixed together and with a refreshing taste of seawater.

Small pieces of cakes in dessert area are very attractive. I was take some different types of them!

Have you found that every dish would have a food—shrimp? I like to eat shrimp.

I ever as a waiter at the buffet during working holiday in Australia. At that time, there were shrimp supply on Saturdays and Sundays. Our working meal is buffet, but shrimps are absolutely empty every time. Because it is too expensive, in order not to have too much leftover, the amount will not be too much, and guests always finish shrimps so that no anymore left for us. Based on this, I must get more shrimps !

Watermelon was also my favorite at that time. There must be watermelon in every meal. When I have buffet now, I will think of those days. I really want to go back to working holiday, but I thought I won’t have anymore change to work and travel oversea again!

Finally, some ice cream and fruit, so full! So satisfying ~
