Am Leaving | A New Scene

Life comes with many scenes

Pain and grief scenes, joy and peace scenes

Together we are now, next we part

Meeting again is a chance

Often we part, from those we adore

In thoughtless sullen moods, we leave

Meeting again, we put our hopes

Let life shine, down the sunny path

Hours turn to days, weeks and months go by

Longer year cone, even longer to forget

The brightening eye never seen

Seen angry tears, all sullen

All the time it is the last

On earth, mortal parting

Again we shall meet, the will so strong

At our celestial birth, our sublime to cherish

Let’s live in harmony, part in peace

The one we love to care, spread peace around

Seek to fellowship, increase the love

Be there for others, let vain be found

Hold to your soul, shun the parting sun

Let go of the wrath, your childish lag

Wrongs to you, forgive and forget

Walk the right path, of peace and love

And walk the loving, peaceful path.
