What Is Love-To You

Love
What is love?
Some call it divine
Some call it a waste of time
Some say they enjoy it like wine
Which makes me ponder on the best way to define mine.
Some call it a command
Where all humans stand
And just like sand
It is sufficient for mankind.
Some call it lust
Some use it as dust
By which all joy is lost
Yet we are told love has no cost.
Some use it as a tool
Through which they make a fool
While the one on the other side feels cool
Thinking they can pull the horn of a bull.
Some solve this puzzle with emotions
Giving their all with every motion
But the difficulty of continuation
Breeds a negative notion.
Some try to optimize it in a day
And afterwards throw it away
To soar through the vapour in the air
Without considering if it hurt or fair
Some say its from above
Mild like a dove
Beautiful like the flames of a stove
But still I ponder
But still I wonder
"WHAT IS LOVE"
