When I incorporate supersets I use many variations to really bomb specific muscles
For back I want the X Frame, wide back narrow waist. So I start with the exercise to pre exhaust the muscle I want to proirotize , here performing wide pullups for upper back and lats first then going into rows for middle back muscle thickness, give this variation a try next back day.
