In the name of the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit amen .

Almighty father thank you for the another gift og life ,another day ,another chance to live,opportunity to see your great creation .
Lord thank you for always proctecting us from any harm especially when we are asleep .. Thank you Lord for waking us up each an everyday. Thank for your loving kindness, for your compassionate heart .
Thank you for the people surrounds me today and thank you for the gift of a family ... Thanks for the knowledge that you have given to us.

We ask your forgiveness for our sins against you . We are not worthy to ask anything but we believe your loving forgiveness.

Lord as we journey today ,May your loving presensence always within us . May your will be done .. Also Lord guide us and guard us in any harm.
As We work today , and go to your holy temple .. May you walk with us and we love to offer always our days to you My GOD and My LORD.
We ask for a strength and courage as we continue living in this world.
We are nothing without you.
