My Poem to All Hallows Eve!
It was deep in the forest on all hallows eve, when I saw a shadow or so I believe! Was it a wolf or was it a tree or was it a witch or was it just me?
I hurried on home as fast as I could, but it seemed like a lifetime to get out of the woods, and way up ahead a light shone clear and the sound of wolves rang in my ear, so I hurried along to the light that was clear and to home that I would not fear.
But when I got home there was nobody there except for a cat asleep on the chair, black and shiny with bright blue eyes and a noise in the kitchen to my surprise, and in the doorway a women appeared.
With a black pointy hat and a wart on her chin, she looked me over with a sinister grin, hello little boy its my house you are in.
I looked around and it became clear it was not my house so why was I here? A spell from a witch had summoned me here and my fate was to Die this was clear, goodbye!

Thank you! it was just a bit of fun, I dabbled in poetry as a child, but was never destined to be a famous poet, so I just have some fun with it! however my other post things that go bump in the night, is true!
:) :) You are decent in poetic expression. Keep writing. Magic in poetry comes with pain and pain comes with experience. And great writers never earned fame in their lifetime :D ....

Thank you ! most kind, as for the bump in the night, we bought it on ourselves, my partner does paranormal research and we think she brought her work home with her after an investigation, this is an occupational hazard! if that is what has happened we will just ignore it until it goes away, its all you can do.regards Gez.......
