I like the home services idea. I was actually thinking of getting some knowledge of HVAC and starting up a company in a few years (once I am done with my current job).

Like you said, robots aren't going to be doing it for quite some time and it can't be outsourced. Heard that most people in the trades are 40+ and the younger guys aren't interested.
