protection

For me today "C" stands for "Covid", I’m very overwhelmed, my friend who always supports me is in therapy with covid. She is a doctor, she was active, taking care of patients with different pathologies, she was taking care of herself, she showed me a picture with all the protective suit.

She had a suit that covered her body, a face mask, protective glasses, special shoes, but that did not matter, she has covid.

She felt sick 10 days before and started her treatment at home but she couldn't take it anymore and went to the hospital. There she was hospitalized and there she is in a serious condition, but her colleagues don’t give hope. They said that now only a miracle could get her out of bed.

My friend Damaris always asked me to take care of her. That now I was here taking care of patients and I don't have a proper protective suit, there are many cases around me and she recommended me not to expose myself too much.

She, even with her entire suit and protective protocols is infected. She didn’t get vaccinated, since she preferred to not get vaccinated. I don't know how the vaccine would help her but today she is dying and I am devastated. So sad that all I can do is pray for her, hoping for God's grace.
