Sándwich contundente.
Hola amigos hoy vamos a hacer un Sándwich potente para no quedarnos con hambre.
Necesitaremos:
Queso rallado, yo he elegido mozzarella.
Queso en lonchas, el cheddar va genial.
Jamón de York.
Mayonesa.
Pan de sándwich tostado.
Sal.
Anchoas.
Atún.
Cebolla.
Tomate.
Empezamos...
Ponemos un poco de mayonesa en las rebanadas de pan.
Agregamos el queso en lochas.
Añadimos la cebolla y el tomate.
Una poco de sal.
Ponemos el jamón de York.
Agregamos el atún, recomiendo escurrir el caldo antes.
Y al final las anchoas.
Montamos los pisos uno encima del otro.
En la parte superior del pan ponemos el queso rallado, le da un toque muy bueno, ya veréis.
Metemos al horno ya caliente durante 5 minutos para que fundan los quesos.
El resultado es espectacular.
