Bug In - Gramophones
I think music is going to play a massive part post SHTF, it has the power to motivate, move us and make even the bleakest of situations more bearable. It also crosses cultural and age barriers.
This was a video I did using the Gramophone I had. Unfortunately I had to sell it. I always wanted one since I was young and I finally got one, only to have to let it go again. I'll get another one for sure at some point in the future.
If you are going to prep then consider your music library and have at least some music with you and/or the ability to play music or have instruments stashed somewhere so that even if you can't play them yourselves someone else who can will be able to, because it really will be something that will be in demand. There's a reason mankind has been making music since before our race could even speak.

Music never occurred to me, makes sense indeed. I've got packs of playing cards and other stuff to relive boredom but somehow music passed me by lol.
I got some playing cards to. I think the easiest system would be to have one device with all music on it, like an iPod. I'd also put my music on USB sticks that have all my other digital media on them. Would be easy to keep the iPod going on solar.
Indeed, I've got a couple of solar power banks in an EMP tin. Well, hopefully EMP proof :)
