More random crap in my neighborhood

My neighbor is a weirdo! This trips me out every time I drive by it. I'm pretty sure they put this out after Halloween. At night it creeps me out the most because it really looks like a child counting for hide and seek in the dark. I take back the weirdo comment - my neighbor is an asshole lol
