According to the British Heart Foundation, 1-2 glasses of wine a day can protect us from a heart attack

the wine is a great antioxidant but like everything in life you can't abuse this product because alcohol can cause a lot of damage to a person's life, a glass of wine a day prevents many heart diseases but if you drink too much you will end up with liver damage, I think it's all about developing a healthy balance.

Hello mate!

I've read many times about the benefits of the wine and to be more specific, the red wine. However it needs to be with moderate rate and not too much too. From my own perspective, I would choose any other alternative than drinking, despite that some drinks are good but there are many things they are better and might have even better effects so are we ignoring them in the first place.
