The probiotics are very helpful for digestion and in general the organism, that if you have to know when to take them, and not do it in excess, because if you do it instead of being helpful it will harm your body.

Obviously you didn't read the article. The scientists, after some very in depth research are saying that they are actually useless and people are wasting their money by buying them! There are no cases where they are useful accept possibly as a placebo!

I have a family member who takes probiotics and have greatly improved their digestion, the scientists can say that they do not work, but if the people who take them feel better, even if they are placebos they should continue taking them, since it makes people feel well .
