Marriage

I got married three months ago. My husband is almost perfect in all areas except when we have an argument he gets aggresive and beats me. We don’t have kids yet. He was never like this when we were dating. Everytime I threaten to leave him he begs me to stay and I do.
It’s hard to talk to his family about it. He doesn’t want to seek therapy or counseling. He says it’s frustration that makes him do that but he doesn’t want to talk about it. Is this marriage worth fighting for or I leave since we have no kids yet?
