My Journey of Deciding on What Costume to Wear!
My last post here is that I mentioned that three months before our Christmas get-together at the church, the theme is cosplay, they announced three months before so that there are still many days for the members to prepare and they encouraged them to be creative and no need to spend a lot for the costume.
At first, I thought we should just wear Korean casual attire because it can't be worn just one time and of course, I'm a Korean drama addict hahaha.
But our baby Exo suddenly liked the magic wand toy to play with, so hubby made him a DIY magic wand, so I wanted to align what baby Exo with what he wanted for his costume, so I thought of making him a harry potter costume, but because I don't know how to sew and it's expensive to buy a complete set of harry potter costume and we don't have a budget for it and most of all it can't be used always only used once.
So I searched Google for costume ideas. I saw Micky mouse, it's casual, all I need is a black top and red bottom, so I decided that we'll just go with Micky mouse because Exo has a black top and I'll just buy red pants at the thrift store and I have a red polka dots dress.
I bought red pants in good new condition at a cheap price at a thrift store. After a few weeks, I remember that he wouldn't be willing to wear anything on his head because I'm going to buy a Micky mouse headband so that we look like Micky mouse, so there's a little bit of effort, right?
Weeks later I changed my mind again because Exo suddenly loves the bear family, he wants us to call him baby bear all the time and he calls us mommy and daddy bear so I thought we should just be a bear family.

Because Exo has a cloak bath towel that looks like a bear, he also has a sweatshirt with a bear print. So the costume of our baby Exo has been solved. I want the three of us to do twinning, but since we don't have a budget, it's hard to do twinning hahaha.

I also said in my last post that hubby and I got a free costume hihihi. But different from Exo, we have squid game guard costumes, still Korean attire it's my first choice hahaha. But I didn't watch the squid game movie because I don't like the genre hahaha.
