My C60 Diary Week #2

Well Hello fellow Steemians,

As promised I return with the tales of being my own guinea pig as I'm taking C60 carbon in coconut oil for now the second week.

Okay, so the first rush of the early phase is mostly gone now. I have had some days where I felt exhausted and grumpy but despite how I felt I was still able to do my exercise routines (yoga, hiking,beachwalking) with more ease than before leaving me refreshed rather than worn out. I was less tired after and recovered quicker and my muscles weren't sore.

I am taking selfies almost every day and will post a compilation once I feel there is some significant change visible. Up to now I think I looked even worse on some days maybe due to the detoxing that goes on in the first couple of weeks.

A side effect that I noticed while in the shower is that the skin on my body feels a lot smoother and softer. But that could also be the result of taking a dose of coconut oil every day as it is a known fact that coconut oil does wonders for your skin and hair.

The mobility of my joints has improved especially in my hands as they were beginning to feel stiff in the mornings and now they don't which is very positive for my guitar play.

I don't fall asleep more easily but when I do, I feel I sleep more deeply and my dreams are more vivid.

That's about all I can think of that happened this week. I have been informed that my order of C60 in olive oil from the US is now on its way and we will see how long it will be sitting around in Australian customs.

To make things more fun I am working on developing a comic character to go along with my study.
So here is the first version of my character:

By Day he is just a normal boy with the name of Bucky Fuller, but by night he becomes "Mister C60" the superhero, that fights radical gangsters with his empowered Buckyballs
