healthy breakfast vegetables

Hi friends
Breakfast is very important for us.As a change I used to take vegetable for my breakfast .
If the vegetable grows above ground, start cooking it in boiling water; if it grows below ground, start cooking it in cold water.

  • Vegetables should be washed and cut into pieces that are around the same size. Brussels sprouts should have a cross in the base, and cauliflower and broccoli should be cut into florets. Sweet corn should be husked and sliced in half or left whole.
  • Fill a pot halfway with lightly salted water and bring to a boil.
  • Carefully place the vegetables in the pot. If the vegetables aren't completely
    Submerged, add extra boiling water.
  • Cover with a cover, quickly return to a boil, lower heat to low, and cook until vegetables are cooked, about 15 minutes. Drain the water and serve.
  • Add more boiling water if the water evaporates.
  • For a bright color, cook green veggies without a lid.
  • Veggies should always be cooked at a low temperature, as aggressive
  • Boiling might break up some vegetables.
  • If required, add more boiling water.
  • Drain and rinse
