Do you remember these? & what is on your tv stand
So i have been having a clear out of a cupboard today and i found this awesome bit of kit, it is a powerball and this one lights up and flashes blue.
If your still not sure what it is i will try and explain, it is a workout device designed to improve your grip and lower arm muscles.
It basically is a gyroscope that you try and get it up to the fastest speed you can, when you get up to a fast speed it feels like it wants to jump out of your hand. As you can see i only got it up to 8604 RPM, i my previous best was 10200 and that felt insane but that was about 2 years ago.
What do you keep on your tv stand?
Many years ago when a TV would take up all of the stand there was no room for anything else but now with flat screens there is space for a few goodies at the front.
I have got a few random items, stone henge and Deal castle and a mini crossbow that fires tooth picks.
