Steem's Latest Price

This is chart is the price of Steem for the last 8 hours, if you look at this chart you will see that for the last two hours the price has been behaving like it's gone crazy, it's been going from $0.95 to $1.05 continuously, right now it is at $0.96. I wonder what is happening, I have been also monitoring Bitcoin which is supposed to be the one thing that drives the price of all alt coins but it has in no way been so erratic.

It has been raining here for 20 hours non stop, not heavy rain but enough to keep me in the house, so I will be watching alt coin prices and reading a book all day. I hope no flooding occurs and also that our highway system can withstand all this rain, because it isn't in such a great shape right now.
