Body Mass Index

Body mass index is the relation between your height and your weight and I think it also takes into account your waist circumference. It gives you an idea of how you are faring like are you obese normal or too skinny? I think it is not as reliable as people would want it to be as there are other factors that could be considered but it is what it is.

The main idea is that you have a normal BMI if you are somewhere between 19 and 25 are overweight if you are between 25 and 30 and anything over 30 is obese. The thing is it doesn't seem to take into account the differences every human body has from another, I know some people's metabolism just work faster.

Anyway I don't do any more exercise than walking which now I can measure because I downloaded the Actifit app to my phone and at least I can now set goals every day. As for food I always have breakfast and dinner no lunch, but I usually get up at unusual times during the early morning to see if there is anything in the refrigerator to wolf down. So my eating habits are not that good and I think I eat more than I should.

But actually my BMI is not as bad as I thought it would be it is now at 28 , overweight yes but not that bad and I think if I really wanted to I could lower it. So what is your BMI (Google and there are all types of calculators online)?
