Tofu Rice Spice Rica

Material:
10 pieces of round tofu
3 tbsp oil
5 orange leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
150 gr tetelan meat, boiled
Salt to taste
50 ml of water
1 tbsp lemon water
Blend:
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
4 large red peppers
4 red chili peppers
1 cm young ginger
1 boiled tomato
How to make:
Wash round tofu with warm water. Set aside.
Heat oil, stir-fry the spices with citrus leaves and lemon grass until fragrant. Enter the tetelan, stir and cook until blended.
Add salt and water, stir well until boiling. Enter the tofu and lemon water, mix well. Cook until all ingredients are cooked
