Penyet chicken

Sambal Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of brown sugar slice
1 bunch of basil is taken leaves
2 lime slices split 2
½ tomato fruit
1 tablespoon fried terasi
½ teaspoon salt
1 clove of garlic
6 pieces of red curly pink
5 red chili peppers
3 onion grains
Material :
1 chicken cut into 4
2 bay leaves
300 ml of water
Cooking oil
Ground spices :
3 cm ginger
3 cm galangal
1 ½ teaspoon salt
4 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon coriander
1 cm turmeric
How to make :
Coat the chicken with seasoned herbs and add bay leaves and water. Cook until the chicken is tender, lift and set aside.
Fry the chicken until cooked and then remove and drain.
For sambal: saute onion, garlic, chilli, and tomato until wilted. Blend together with terasi, salt, and sugar. Add the lime juice and basil daor and stir until blended.
Place the fried chicken on top of the sambal. Chicken penyet until sambal attached to the meat that not only on the outer layer but to the inside
