fresh anchovy 150 gr (split into 2)
right amount of oil
salt 3/4 teaspoons or according to taste
onion 3 grains (thinly sliced)
garlic 1 clove (finely chopped)
galangal 2 cm (crushed)
sugar to taste
pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
15 pieces of cayenne pepper (cut into small pieces)
water to boil sufficiently
How to Make Sauteed Shoots of Cassava Leaves:
Boil cassava leaves and anchovy in boiling water until cooked, remove the drain
Saute the onion and garlic with galangal with a little oil until fragrant
Pour a little and then let stand to boil
Enter the cassava leaves and anchovies that have been boiled and then add pieces of cayenne pepper
Add also all the other spices while stirring until evenly and maturely
