The Diary Game Season 3 (12-23-2020): My Travel From Abuja to Lagos and My Holiday Day 3
Hello everyone and welcome to another diary section of mine.
Today is the day three of my holiday and I returned to lagos from Abuja. Unlike my first trip which was by air, going back was by land as all air tickets were sold out. I woke at 4:00AM to pick an Uber to the bus station. I got to lagos with God is Good Mottos (GIGM), and the trip took about 16 hours which normally takes 45 minutes by flight.
I got to the God is Good Motors Station at 5:30AM, booked my trip and waited for my Bus to get moving.
For comfort, I booked the Jet Mover Bus which was faster and more comfortable compared to the Toyota Hiace bus.
The bus took off at 6:15AM as intended and the journey from Abuja to Ajaokuta (Obajana Cement factory) in Kogi state took about 2 hours after which the driver faced Ondo state. We spent about 3 hours from Kogi to Ondo State and we spent over 5 hours in Ondo state.
While going from Ore (Ondo State) to Sagamu (Ogun State), a car had an accident and we stopped to render assistance. We helped with getting the victims out and rendering help with first aid.
We arrived Lagos at night at 10:00PM. We got to the bus terminal at Ajah, Lagos. I moved from Ajah to Ikeja which took about 1 hour.
I got to Ikeja ay 12:00 AM and had to eat something. I had to eat a road side food as i was very hungry as at this time.
I got home late and to be sincere, the day was stressful, eventful and fun day as well. Thanks a lot for reading my Diary section.

You must really have a stressful day and journey I must confess. To be truth, I was amazed how much the price of the trip cost as that is quite a bit expensive.
I hope you later have time to rest after the journey and day
My brother the expenses spent on travelling at the end of the year is usually exhobirant and the stress is way too much to handle.
Your trip was awesome, i enjoy traveling by land over traveling by air. But considering a long distance journey, traveling by air is better and stress free.
Well, good to know you Gbenga omo yoruba.
RESPECT brother.
Good to know you too brother, I will pick travelling by air a million times over road, it is very stressful and time consuming to me.
hi @gbenga - that it is awesome road trip although I know how hard it can be. Years ago I took a 18-hour coach trip in Asia which was incredibly tough. I hope you have a good holiday and Christmas. Take care and stay safe my friend.
May God always bless them, there are indolent people, that human gesture of stopping to give assistance and first aid to the victims of the accident, is to be admired, because there are people who simply do not give it any importance, they just come close to calm their curiosity and leave as if nothing happened.
Hey @gbenga it's really nice learning from your experience traveling from Abuja to Lagos. I dae feel that Jollof rice and Spaghetti.. Enjoy 💪😊.
Thanks for sharing this great post with love from @hardaeborla and I hope you have a great day ahead 💓💕❤️
