UN-Documented?
The idea that humans have to be documented is a fascist principle repugnant to liberty and our Constitution.
If you insist immigration can be a crime, you must give a jury trial and prove a victim in EVERY case. If you believe we should imprison or deport someone outside of that due process, you do not believe in due process at all!

How is having to prove who you are a fascist ideal? Vetting people is a necessary process to eliminate people who wish to do harm to a country, which is why places like Canada, Mexico, most if not all of Europe, China, pretty much the whole entire world check people's documentation before letting them in. Certainly, people can fake documentation, but that's getting harder to do these days. Securing your borders and making sure non criminal types who wish to do large scale damage don't get in, isn't fascist, but smart. Hey, let's say you have kids, and you wanna go out on a date with your wife. You would hire a baby sitter right? But wouldn't you take care, to make sure that the person watching your children is qualified, and isn't just gonna run off with your kid?
