RE: Stereotypes and empathy

in #english7 years ago

I feel you @julisavio this is happening everywhere i think. Just like in our country(Philippines) the big Television network dictates what's cool and what's not, plus they also mold the minds of the people towards our political decision. Average people will not recognize this manipulation activity and the people who benefits will continue to control us in the form of entertainment. This is something i am truly concern about. For a developing country like us; people really needs an entertainment to prevent in getting so exhausted through stressful life just to make ends meet and I am just hoping that no one is interfering us from getting a substantial information for becoming a better person. There's an adage "the rich are getting richer while the poor are being multiply" oligarch alarm! Sorry if I vent a little, i know my comment is quite irrelevant to the point you are trying to make so please excuse me. I just want to know, what do you mean by parceberam?

Greetings, dear Gavincy13

I was very happy for your reading and comment. I live in Brazil and I see that in your country the same thing happens here. I think it happens all over the world. Perhaps in some countries there is a minor incidence, but it does happen anyway.

Your comment was a little different from my writing, but it's always welcome. The issue of entertainment is very good for everyone, because it is a rest of the world of work. It is only necessary to take care with the manipulation of the mind of the people that can occur in this entertainment.

Sorry about the word "parceberam." I'm Brazilian. First, I write the text in the Portuguese language and then used the help of Bing translator to put in English. The correct word in Portuguese is perceived and not "parceberam ", so the Bing translator failed to translate.
