Live intensely the communication

in Project HOPE5 years ago

I have a blog called Live Intensely, (I invite you to visit it by clicking on the name). There I present my philosophy of life at the moment, based on five themes: carpe diem, savoring, mindfulness, ikigai and AntiDepression.

Today I want to take three of them and apply them to the topic of communication so you can live it differently. Three ways to live communication intensely.

Carpe diem: Epicurean philosophy that invites us to take advantage of the present moment.
Carpe diem in communication: take every opportunity to make friends, meet people, communicate, socialize, speak in public, send audios. Today is your chance, don't wait for tomorrow.

Savoring: concept that teaches the act of savoring and enjoying every moment.
Savoring in communication: savor and enjoy every moment and opportunity you have to communicate. The more you enjoy it, the more you will grow as a person and be a better communicator.

Mindfulness: mindfulness and awareness of what is happening inside and outside of us.
Mindfulness in communication: in every conversation or oral presentation, be aware of what is happening inside and outside of you. Pay attention to your gestures, words, pronunciation, voice nuances, etc.

Enjoying the moments and especially those that allow us to interact with others is something valuable, because it allows us to know another perspective of what surrounds us, to evaluate how big or how much we are taking our problems to heart and to get solutions that have been effective being applied by others. Communication is the fundamental basis of society.

Absolutely. Communication is vital to being human and the more we enjoy it, the more we learn from others and from ourselves.

Thanks for coming to my blog.

Greetings @ garybilbao Communication is a very important means to convey what we want to say. There are people that when they speak they enjoy it so much that they even lose track of time. And they always lack time to continue expressing their ideas, that's when the Zuliano says "dale una palomita", it means to let the other person speak as well. However, communicating by any means is fundamental for life.

Thank you very much for sharing your publication.

Gracias a ti por tu comentario. Y por el aporte del decir zuliano. Y así es, incluso hay quienes comunican que caen en un estado de flujo.
