Unforgettable trip to hemkund sahib.....

hello friends.... how are you all..? hope you all are enjyoing.... I was scrolling my mobile gallery, then i seen my Uttarakhand trip pictures of September, last year, so i thought to share with trip to my steemians friends.so i though to explore another heaven of india... yes, India is full of heaven places. Being blogger I love to do travelling, i love different places, different peoples, different food, different weather, different way of lifestyle. In india peoples believes that if you have the itching feet then soon you will go somewhere I think 'm always having the itching feets😅 because i love to explore more india, take you all with me.

First time in my life i visited to trekking adventure with my friends. Actually one of my friend working in noida has planned this entire adventure, i was so much tempted with trekking. Then i started researching about the place we call hemkund sahib when i saw the picture of hemkund sahib place, i got mad, i was so so so excited for my trip i can't Express my feelings.... i started dreaming in day n night about this trip 😅😅

My journey started at midnight, train journey to rishikesh, in the early morning we reached Rishikesh, then we moved to bus stand for the bus to joshinath, stay there for overnight, In the early morning we take the bus to gobind ghat, start trekking to hemkund sahib holy place. To this entire journey I had goosebumps, as 'm gettimg near to my destination, the more exciting feeling i had ... while traveling in bus, the view outside the bus was like the beauty of nature is beyond it's level, the wallpapers i have seen in my mobile, now my eyes can't believe, i was like 'm still dreaming...☺

This was my destination, hemkund sahib, this place is dedicated to gobind guru singh. It is the highest gurdwara in the world, at the height of approximately 15000 ft. As you can see in the picture ,the pilgrims take bath in this holy cold lake before visiting inside the gurudwara. Here the whether was too cold, here temperature was -10°c it was the last slot of pilgrims, as in the next week the pilgrims are not allowed to visit here, because the weather changes from snowfall to monsoon, which is not good for trekking, so best month to visit this gurudwara from june to September. Apart from the beauty of nature and fun with friends, it was very tough for me to do trekking as because the weather was too cool, as first time 'm doing this type of trekking. when trekking became tought for me, i used wooden stick to climb up in the snow. The best part in my friends circle was that, we motivated each other as trekking was really become tough after 6 hours. The real thing was that all your exhaustion will gone when you see the beautiful gurudwara arounded around emerald lake.

constantly walking for 4 to 5 hours without rest, actually we are getting energise with the beauty of nature, every direction of mountain showing it's beauty. Those you cannot walk, will also get the option of horse riding to gurudwara, even there was helicopter service also and there is palki handed by four men. Even the old men and womens was doing trekking everybody there was really enjoying their way to gurudwara, the way to gurudwara you will get some tea, coffee, biscuit stalls. when you will reach in the gurudwara you get the khichdi(food) at the langar. here 'm showing you some beautiful pictures of nature.

This is emerald lake, behind picture of gurudwara, see the crystal clean lake covered with white snow, isn't it beautiful...?? The best challenge was the mountain and lakes are posing for the photographs. I can't control myself to click each and each moment of my journey, unfortunately my legs and body was painting at that time, only gods knows how i had managed everything there, i think the god is only one who is giving me the strength and power to complete my journey successfully.

yes, it's heaven in india, one should visit this place at least once in a life time. See how snow in the air is like water falling from the mountain onto the white sheet of snowfall. The beauty of nature is mesmerised me. The moment which enlightened me. Thankyou steemit for giving me this platform to recall all beautiful memories. If i get a chances to visit this place again then 'm not going to miss this opportunity.

Look,every picture has it's own beauty.This picture is like snow is resting in the lap of green mountains.Everytime I fall in love again again whenever i see this pictures. 'm proud that 'm made it, when the weather condition was not so good. Guys i think life is too short and the worle is wide to explore. if you get an chances to travel anywhere in this world, remember never miss that opportunity, as because opportunity never knock at your door twice.
