How To Use Eggshells And Ash In The Garden
Today I am showing you how I use Eggshells and Ashes in my Garden.
When it comes to gardening my approach is to have a balanced system that helps to support itself. In order to keep this balance, I don't typically like to directly apply things that are super concentrated, things like ash.
The issue is that I do want all the benefits that the ash provides, things like potash and also minerals.
The way I like to use ash and eggshells for my garden is by putting them through a hot composting process. Join me as we take what remains from last years growth and convert it into next years fertilizer for a better #DFood harvest.

I had some problems with my compost but now I know how to turn it into a beneficial place of my garden. Need to collect eggshells of friends because I don't eat eggs :P And ashes yeah. we are not allowed to burn stuff in the garden but I will find a source I think :) I will look for other incredients I can put into it as well.

I've had so many useful tips from your posts, another one to the list. This summer was the first I had grown my own garden, lots of hiccups on the way and trying to keep it all as eco friendly as possible. Eventually read about neem oil for pest infestations which helped a treat. Egg shells we have plenty of which just go in the food waste so another cost free and safe addition! Thankyou!
