Ethereum's tremendous growth has turned into an Achilles's heel, but I see that as a good thing. It proves there is demand, demand that does outweigh what the network was able to handle. It's the same issue with Exchanges that have had some difficulty coping with the onboarding process of new users. It's a great time to be in crypto.
