Trying something new! Again!

I love to experiment with different styles of posting here on Steemit. I feel like creativity can be underrated around here, so I love to find ways to keep the posts as engaging and creative as possible.

Sometimes it's as easy as introducing little "mini-series" to your regular blog posts.

So here's a new one I wanted to try:

I read a lot of books on my ipad and I love to come across words that I'm not super familiar with.

It's fun to look the words up with the dictionary function on my ipad.

My iPad has force touch, so I just hold my finger down over a word and it pulls the dictionary up straight away! It's so cool.

Anyways, here's a fun word that I saw today and wanted to share:

Heuristics are something that are becoming more common in the vernacular of social media "analysts" so to speak.

Essentially, they apply in a myriad of ways. Many heuristics are clearly visible and we can see them play out in such interactions as "twitter fights" and other forms of engagement on social media.

It's interesting stuff! Hopefully you can add this to your vocabulary as well!
