The human mind needs projects and puzzles!

I was listening to a podcast earlier today and they were talking about the human mind in a broad sense.

They were talking about people who sort of "lose the will to live" so to speak.

They are people who have lost their "fight"... their reason for fighting and their main ambition in life.

Either they are the type of person who achieved it after years of struggle. Or they were the person who sadly never achieved it and gave up on their dreams.

The main juice of this whole story is that you need to always have some sort of project to focus on.

Whether it's blogging, exercising, reading or writing or some combination of things.. you need these hobbies and long-term projects...

Without them, life feels monotonous and very dull. It feels like you're just going through the motions.

Working on my project now is what drives me each day to continually improve and get better!!

I don't know what I'd do without my project in my life!
