When I explain consistency, it seems that context becomes of the utmost importance.

Giving the proper context to your goals is so essential to living the good life.

To me, the good life is being:

  1. Happy
  2. Healthy
  3. Fit
  4. Excited About the Future
  5. Build good relationships
  6. Enjoy good company
  7. Enjoy good food (ocassionally)

Dieting doesn't have to be all bad... Sometimes you can kick back and enjoy a healthy but amazing and delicious meal like this one!^^


Are you Dieting for the Summer?

I think a lot of us find the need to diet around this time of year. My preference is simply to instill the right levels of consistency into my daily eating and exercising habits. How will you achieve your goals this summer?
