Get to the rigid routine!

I went to the sauna yesterday and found a friend and we talked about the rigid versus loose discussion.

What I loved about that discussion is the practicality of it.

It’s something that we all need to hear from time to time.

Be rigid in your routines before you can be loose.

When something is hard to start, then be very strict about your scheduling of it.

If you want to start working out, then make a very very rigid schedule for doing so!

Later on you can loosen it, but you may need to start with a very rigid schedule in the beginning.

This is a key to starting long term habit momentum. I’m surprised it’s not a hot topic being talked about!
