Divide it Into Parts!

feasible and necessary to resolve it.” René Descartes

Working out can be tough but one thing I like to remind myself is the above quote.

Things may seem super hard and super complicated, but if you break it down and work hard on it as separate parts, then you can make some real progress on your goals!

Everything hard can be broken down and worked on indivdually.

Doing so will make your life a lot easier and will give you a lot more clarity in your pursuits!


When dieting:

Divide it into day by day, meal by meal.

Dont think too much about the end result.

Realize the direction you want to go, but then focus your daily energy on just making it 1 meal at a time according to your dieting plan.

if you focus too much on everything, then you will fail to obtain your goals!
