Changing For the Better!

It seems that lately I have been in a downward spiral of injuring myself physically.

Some of it comes from the gym and some of it comes from poor habits at home.

Namely, sitting in a chair behind a computer for so long!

I think many of us have similar issues. Mine are kind of amplified though because of the intense physical challenges I go through several days a week in the gym and then coming home to a chair and just slumping down in it!

In my never-ending quest to find the best exercises, I found this great one for my QL injury! (quadratus lumborum)

It's super hard and really difficult to get your hand to actually touch your toes! Try it and you'll know what I mean.
