I had a fantastic idea to create this absolute masterpiece!
If you've been following my blog, then you know that I love this one particular meal that I make.
As someone who loves building muscle and working hard in the gym for 3+ hours a day, I need an absurd amount of protein and carbs..
There is little better way to get them than through this meal!
What's more? I added bamboo shoots this time.. Bamboo shoots have tons of fiber and are really great for our body! The digestive benefits alone are incredible!
