A Mashup Kinda Day
... today is a mashup kind of day.
As you may know, I started my ketogenic diet again this year.
I usually do it around this time each year to lose some weight and get a little heatlhier.
It's also a nice little physical reset for the body.
I feel like changing it up for your body is a great way to keep yourself healthy and adaptable.
We are not meant to eat the same thing everyday.
Instead, we are meant to adapt to the current circumstances!
Today was a mashup day, I had a bunch of leftovers so I threw it all together to create this great low carb and high fat/protein breakfast! A perfect keto meal!
