Spending crypto millions

Lately I've been thinking about what I may do with my crypto funds in better times. Better times meaning higher prices, and much more of it of course as my current crypto-holdings are embarrassingly minuscule to say the least.

I'm in a position to not have to dip into my crypto funds to maintain my standard of living. My wife and I are in this position for a couple of reasons: We work hard and make great decisions and secondly have good spending habits. We're not financially wealthy, nor are we poor; We sort of run down the middle somewhere I suppose. We work hard to enjoy our lives now and also plan for a future of more enjoyment and the ability to continue doing those things we enjoy and value. This is where hopefully crypto will begin to play a role in unison with our other investments and financial plans.

I don't want to make this a boring post about financial responsibility and despite the photo I took in my garage of my McLaren P1 I don't want to make it about the things I have...It's about the things I will get or do with my crypto bazillions when they come through. [Soon, I hope for all of us].

Here's are a few things I may do with my crypto millions:

• Travel more - We are fortunate to have travelled a great deal of the world already however there are places we have not been and other's we would like to spend a lot more time exploring and learning about. We both love history, learning new things and expanding our existing understanding and paradigm's. So, thanks crypto, you're going to help us do that!

• Help my family - I don't mean all of them because they don't need it however some do and to have the chance to assist them would make me happy. It would be nice to see the next generation of my family have a head start and so thanks crypto, you're going to help us do that.

• Retire from work - Now this is an interesting one considering many feel that retirement means that the retiree is going to die in a year or two. To those people...You stay at work until you croak it at your job, I have other plans. My wife and I have both worked since the age of 15 and both came from humble families where having enough to go around was a constant struggle. So, that day my wife and I can both retire with the ability to enjoy life without work is going to be a happy one! I would have retired at 25 if I could, life holds so much more within it than work for me, however it wasn't possible. With crypto maybe there's a different reality just around the corner. So thanks crypto, you're going to help us do that.

• Travel more - Yeah I know, I said that already. Thanks crypto.

• Buy remote acreage - Build a shipping container house, grow some vegetables, have a few chickens, a goat or two, a couple of quad bikes, a rope-swing on the tree down by the creek, two horses and a couple of rocking chairs which I'd place on the deck facing west to watch the sun set each evening...When I'm not travelling of course. Thanks crypto, you're going to help us do that.

So, there's a little insight into what I'll be doing when I've got crypto millions. of course, life won't be limited to just those things, it's not now, and won't be then! To be honest I'm not sure if crypto will provide those opportunities however it would be nice if it did. We work towards designing the best version of our lives now and for the future and any additional financial dividends that come my way in the form of crypto funds will be most welcome, but we don't rely on it.
