Banana fit cake.

Today I got up something happy, and seeing my social networks and looking for motivation for my healthy breakfast, I decided to make a cake with some ripe bananas that I had in my fridge.

Many people who have the desire to lose weight fear the banana for believing that it achieves an opposite effect without knowing its great properties other than potassium, a banana a day gives you antioxidant vitamins, it is a diuretic fruit, remineralizing, folic acid and little or very low sodium, it is rich in carbohydrates and is combined with fiber. Its richness in tryptophan, an essential amino acid for the release of serotonin, is very valuable. It is good for preventing gastritis and maybe something that interests you even more if you are afraid of calories. which is very low only 90.

So lose the fear of this delicious fruit, use your mind and be healthy.

Al cambur nunca le he temido...siempre la vi como una fruta beneficiosa. Tienes razon...es buena para el sistema digestivo. Se ve bastante unica esta receta primera vez que veo una torta de cambur preparada de esta forma.

En serio? Siempre la hago así, claro cuando es tipo healthy, pero si no, la hago con otra tecnica. Gracias por pasar por mi post
