In this challenge promoted by @sweetsssj and @healthsqared I want to let you know how important it is to play sports in our daily lives, so today I want to participate and show you the different sports that I practice, which are important for our health and to have a very healthy to lorgo of the years. I'm going to teach my life about sports that I do in my free time.

Also as I commented I have visited many great places walking seeing beautiful landscapes and mountains that show us the wonderful of life I will share several photos that dazzle the mountains of the city of Merida - Venezuel.
