This is the newest bridge in Budapest. It is at the edge of the city but I find it impressive. All the bridges over the Danube are quite unique, they are from different ages and they can reflect a special atmosphere. This bridge is 1861 meter long, it was built between 2006-2008. Interesting fact that there was an online voting to select the name of the bridge. Stephen Colbert, an American humorist finished in the first place, but even Chuck Norris was nominated among the candidates. Finally, the authorities ignored the outcome of the contest, and they decided the give a name after the geographical location.
