Steem dapps and my thoughts.....
Hi steemians!
Im the past few weeks keep thinking and reading the new updates of some dapps.
As i saw our members are really open minded to invest in any kind of dapps.
And i am glad that we have quiet many developers as well so there is always more and more oportunity.
Even you join our blockchain just now or later you can be sure that there will be something for you to make investment.
Than now maybe you asking why i am writing this post?😁
My personal opinion is that evem there is many new apps and i like it the developers are lil bit rush. Many times we experience changes in different dapps after the launch.
And to be honest this is little bit non-professional.
My opinion is that better to wait a little, but test it more and more before you launch the dapp. Test it as much as you can. Be ready for every issue. Ask for steemians to be a tester. Use bots or what ever.
But if there is a issue after it is online for all the users it will be harder to fix it. And i am not talking about the dapp. Hard to get back the trust of the users. Specially if they invested.
The second mistake is the marketing and the business plan.
If you are makeing what ever business there should be a business plan. And you should know how you will advertise it to get the max. profit from it.
Right now many of these dapps are just focusing on a steemians.
But may i ask if the steemians are the investors and the users than how it will make profit?
For sure it will make. Some whales became bigger😂
But also i think to onboard new users it will be important for steem and the dapps same way.
To make a marketing plan for non steemians. And i am sure there will be many intereted people but hupppss they have to create a steemit account also.
So example if i make a dapp ( it will be not happen because i dont know how😂)
Than my second priority will be to make adds and to be ready to help makeing some new accounts. So it will benefit all our community and even the new users. More transactions more SP holders can make steem to go to the moon for sure😉
So basicly i just would like to share these thoughts. And hope many of us will think about this issue in the future and how we can solve it.

You are very smart! Let me ask you: did you spend a lot of time analyzing these things?
You touched on key points that should be considered by the developers of Dapps, but these should also be considered by those who are already on the platform and try to surround ourselves with active people who provide quality content.
I totally agree with you when you say that it will be very difficult to recover the trust of users and investors.
What we should treasure the most is the confidence that we can generate in our followers.

Nope. But i read the posts of all the dapps that i am interrsted. When you work with people more than 15 years you can find out easily who is a scammer who is not who is a dreamer or professional.
I was checking the posts, what they wrote, how they wrote and of course i was trying the dapps.
I really dont know why they are in rush? Maybe they wanna be a first and they take the risk. Maybe they are afraid from the competitors or maybe just they wanna start to earn asap.
Ages ago i was learning marketing management. All the serious business projects they run surveys before they start. Also they make a full marketing plan and business plan. The dapps are also businesses and if you compare these with a real world businesses than you see the difference.
One very good example i think is the mcdonald's. I mean they start small and now they are everywhere. There was also mistakes but now they are sucess.
People on the platform some of them they are active content creators. But also there is a big amount of people who are active investors. And to be honest i think the future of the steem is not in the hands of content creators but the investors.
You can make what ever content if the vallue of steem is 0 because nobody dont invest😉
By the way in the next few days ( maybe today maybe later ) i will send you a longer memo. Just wanna ask your opinion or maybe if you think the idea is good and you can help than we can make something😉
