That is inspirational. I was thinking the same as my mother started to say me fatty :D and asking me to take a 1 month project to get fit. Wish me luck!!

Best time of the day when I replied to all my comments and i get to enjoy your video :) I know that the mirror is the guide but would be interesting if you mention your weight as well :) keep pushing

Man that is the best time G! You already know how I think. LOL I've never weighed myself when I do this because I don't care about that number. I'll do it for you G. I think I was about 165-175 when I started so I'll let you know where I'm at when I weigh myself at the gym.

I think ur right not to get too obsessed with the scale when you are losing weight because as long as you look in the mirror and you see yourself looking better then the weight doesn't matter, you know me im meticulous plus to gain muscle I have to gain weight on the scale so to me is more of a tracker to see if im on the right path, anyway keep pushing :)

After the workout I was 154lbs so lost about 10lbs for sure so far.
