Precious guava
We planted guava in our roof top and I'm not 100% sure if the plant will grow.. but at this time, but guava grew so big and healthy. It's having a plenty of now.
I'm so excited to eat and taste it 😊😋
Guava can be found in tropical countries like here in the Philippines but quava was originated from Mexico, central America and northern South America, according to Wikipedia.
Don't you know that guava is good for skin. Not only rich in vitamin that boost our immunity but also help to lose weight. Guava help for good digestion and lowers the blood sugar.

@gab9, Thank you very much for your interesting post on the health benefits of guana. What does it taste like? Is it sweet, soft, like an apple? I have never eaten guana.
You have to try it, taste good. Choose the bigger one, as big as your palm😊😊
