Okay, so the tweet has a reply:retweet ratio of 0,0396. That is low, even for Obama. If you look at this page and set the graph to Obama then it's clear he usually gets a much higher precentage. http://blog.fastforwardlabs.com/2017/05/15/reply-retweet-ratio.html. For Bernie Sanders however 0.03 is a much more common ratio.
However, the next example you use also has a very low ratio of 0.0558. You say "If you scale up this number you would see a lot more than 51k replies". Yup, about 71k. Not even that much more.
So anyway, what does it prove? I agree that there's probably a lot of bot voting going on there, but from where do you get the proof that it's Twitter that's actually doing this? There are no solid arguments or data that even hint at proving that, except for your dislike of Twitter.
Maybe Twitter did do it. I don't know. But what happened to innocent until proven guilty?
Put in the "Record Breaking Numbers" - If they were real, don't you think there would then also be a mountain of extra comments? in the case of 0.039 VS 0.055 the gap is very large %, if those numbers was the spread of an order book we would be making money for free :D, and that was just the closest example. Want to shake the roots of this and bring out the brainiacs like yourself to do fine math.

You are probably right about how there are bots being used to manipulate the statistics of Obamas tweets. Creating a record with some bs bots just to promote Obama.

It is very easy to see the difference between bots and real people. Yes they are getting every day better and better, but patterns in writing are so obvious. Check out political pages on Facebook, every single comment is 3-5 lines long, not less not more:)

It's obviously some bot activity and the amount of comments prove it. Just chasing some records to bring out Obama on top.
