This is my fourth HTC smartphone and I was always very satisfied with it. The HTC U11 has a really great camera with super-fast autofocus in different lighting conditions and the camera even has achieved an incredible DxOMark 90 score, so that it is one of the best rated smartphone cameras in the moment. HTC also implemented a new cool feature called "Edge Sense", which allows you to open individual smartphone apps just by queezing the phone at the side. This feature has many advantages, such as you don´t neeed gloves to open your camera app in the winter for example, because you can just squeeze the phone to open it. All in all Im very happy with the HTC U11, but I really liked the aluminum cases of the older HTC smartphones. The HTC U11 has 3D glass on the front and back, what can increase the risk of "spider app". I really like the new "HTC USonic" headset with active noise cancellation, which comes together with the HTC U11. The headset has a very great sound and I even washed it together with closes accidentally, but it´s still working! This smartphone has 4 GB RAM and a Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 835, Octa-Core, 64 Bit, 2.45 GHz processor. The main camera has 12,2 Megapixel with UltraPixel 3-Sensor and Ultraspeed-Autofokus (Dual PDAF). The front camera even has 16 Megapixel (UltraPixel™-Modus).

Thanks for your hunt. Sadly enough I can not approve it as the HTC U11 was launched in May in 2017 and since the successor, the HTC U12+ has been released already - there won’t be a non-plus version this year.
As such the HTC U11 can not be considered a new device anymore.

Hey your post reminded me that my first phone was HTC butterfly 🦋.. Lol, when I was just 18 and my dad gifted me...that was 2015, HTC has a best camera I ever used...

Yes, HTC has always a really good camera and the new generations also a very nice autofocus.

It has 4 GB RAM
