✨ Brandnew Steemit View-Count Feature! ✨
Hi Steemians, I saw that there is a new feature, where you can see the views on your articles! It seems that from now on all views on new articles are counted and you can see it under the posts. Do you like this new feature and did you already noticed it too?

Yes, I think this is when people only upvote and don´t open the article for example.
I think the upbote button shouldn't show until they do open the post
Don't forget curation trails. :)
Or could be how many people are reading it at at time
Some people use steemvoter or a vote bot. Think of it as supporting the author and then reading their content later when you have time.

I can't understand the difference between Votes and Views. Are they all upvoting without reading an article?
Yes, this is when people are using the vote bot and when people upvote articles without opening it. The views on all old articles before the update are not correct, the views are only counting until yesterday.
VOTING BOTS? That's not good. I don't like it. I'm pretty sure, the views will count in future. But then viewbots will come up. Wherever a system is, the cheat follows close behind. Human nature.
The https://steemvoter.com is a great tool for voting for your preferred authors, even if you are not online.
Thank you future24, but nope. Botvoting means upvote an opinion, I've never read. That's not my understanding of a voting system and a potential weapon to ruin my personal reputation.

Wait. I do understand it. Those posts that have more comments than views are old posts, published before the UI upgrade.
