Butsugiri Don ぶつ切り丼

Butsugiri ぶつ切り means Roughly cuts and Don 丼 means bowl.

Many kinds of raw 魚🐟 fishes are roughly cut and mixed with 葱 green onions, 海苔 seaweeds, 胡麻 sesame seeds, 紫蘇 green perilla on the top of 米 rice in a bowl.

I pour original sauce (They didn't tell what it's inside.) on all of those in bowl.

I love it‼️ I've loved sashimi 刺身 (raw fish slices) and those are more crunchy than sashimi.

And that sauce makes more tasty and my speed of eating faster‼️
