Whip Execution in Lhokseumawe Town
The first execution of the caning punishment of lhokseumawe city was held on Friday (08/09/2017), thousands of people datanf watching to enliven the event. They are suspects 3 people, 2 male and 1 female. A total of 310 lashes, 2 people allegedly committed a lecher (khalwat) each at 100 lashes, and 1 person mengintimi minors at 110 lashes lighter 3 times for having been in prison for 116.
